Prepare for an out-of-the-ordinary horticulture career in garden design, landscaping, nursery and greenhouse production, or small scale food production. At Lanier Tech the emphasis is on hands-on practical application taught by instructors with real world industry experience using the latest green technologies, practices and equipment. Students receive training in many areas of plant science including botany, plant identification and use, propagation, soils and nutrition, and integrated pest management.
